The application fee is due at the time the application is submitted. After notification of acceptance, ADN, BSN and LPN-RN applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee for a background check and drug screening, which must be completed prior to registration.

Tuition and expenses are calculated each semester and subject to change. Application for financial assistance does not negate the student’s responsibility to ensure that arrangements for full payment of tuition and fees are made before the first day of classes. A financial statement provided each semester outlines the charges and the balance due. Please refer to chamberlain.edu/tuition for the most updated information on tuition and expenses.

Transportation to off-campus clinical/practicum facilities, meals at off-campus clinical/practicum facilities, health care insurance, and personal expenses are not included in the calculation of annual student costs. These expenses will vary according to individual student needs.

Full payment of all tuition and fees is to be made before the first day of classes unless other arrangements have been made. The financial obligation for each semester must be met in order to register for a subsequent semester. Unusual circumstances or a financial crisis should be reported to student finance immediately, so that the College can assist the student in planning or determining if possible alternatives exist.

Chamberlain reserves the right to change tuition and fees as necessary. Changes will apply to all students. Written notice of planned tuition and fee changes will be posted in advance. Housing contracts are issued for the academic year and housing costs are payable per semester.
