Step 2: Apply for the Federal Stafford Loan - Lender/Servicer List 
Before you begin the online application process, you will need the following information:

• Borrower's social security number.
• Lender name and lender code. We suggest you use one of our preferred lenders from the list.
• Borrower's driver's license number.
• Names and addresses of two references. These references cannot reside at the same address.
• Must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer.

Choose your lender to complete your (MPN). You will need two complete references, including address and phone number. Please indicate MO for the location of your school in order to choose Chamberlain College of Nursing. You may also need your FAFSA pin number to sign your MPN. Please print a copy of the MPN for your records.
