Before you begin the online application process, you will need the following information:
- Borrower's social security number.
- Lender name and lender code. We suggest you use one of our preferred lenders from the list.
- Borrower's driver's license number.
- Names and addresses of two references. These references cannot reside at the same address.
- Must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer.
Choose your lender to complete your (MPN). You will need two complete references, including address and phone number. Please indicate MO for the location of your school in order to choose Chamberlain College of Nursing. You may also need your FAFSA pin number to sign your MPN. Please print a copy of the MPN for your records.

Entrance Counseling
Before a student may receive a loan, federal regulations require that first-time borrowers at Chamberlain College of Nursing attend entrance counseling. Group sessions are held at the beginning of the term.
Exit Counseling
If a student who has received a loan falls below six credit hours per term, graduates, and/or leaves Chamberlain College of Nursing, federal regulations require that the student complete exit counseling with the Financial Aid Office. All graduates must complete exit counseling in order to receive a diploma.
