Janet L. Snow - Addison, IL Campus Dean

A seasoned health care executive, Jan Snow has more than 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. She earned her PhD in nursing from Rush University College of Nursing in Chicago and her Master of Science in Nursing with a pediatric cardio-respiratory specialty from the University of California, San Francisco. She spent the first eight years of her career as a practicing nurse in pediatric critical care; then began a second career as a college of nursing instructor, having attained the rank of Associate Professor. The middle portion of her career was spent as a health care consultant working nationally for several recognized consulting firms including William M. Mercer, Towers Perrin and Ernst & Young. She also owned her own consulting firm that, after ten years, was acquired by William M. Mercer. Prior to joining Chamberlain, Snow was the Vice President of Consulting Services for Joint Commission Resources, a non-profit subsidiary of the Joint Commission, the recognized accrediting body for health care organizations. She is an accomplished speaker having lectured on a variety of clinical and business topics internationally.
