Q. How do I log in to the Chamberlain online nursing site?

A: You will use your D# and password to login to your online nursing courses at: learn.chamberlain.edu. Please note that the new Chamberlain online platform applies to online nursing courses only. All online general education courses are still conducted through www.devryu.net on the eCollege platform. Login Instructions: New Chamberlain Online Learning Site: Online Nursing Courses On your web browser, type in: learn.chamberlain.edu (do not type www in front of domain) To login, you will need your Chamberlain Student D# and password (your birth date – 4 digit year followed by 2 digit month – YYYYMM)

Q. Is there an orientation available to learn how to use the Chamberlain online learning site?

A: Yes.  The Online Orientation for new Chamberlain Online Learning site at: learn.chamberlain.edu You will also have access to a detailed online student orientation at learn.chamberlain.edu. Simply login to the site at learn.chamberlain.edu (enter your student D# and password) and click on the link “Your Online Learning Community”.  If you do not have your D# handy, you can still view the online orientation by entering the following generic user name and password: User name: chamberlain Password: yolc

Q. How can I access technical support?

Q. Why do I keep getting kicked off the web site or I cannot connect at all?

A: This is an issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This is not an action of Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Q. Why can't I access tests/chat rooms?

A: Before you begin you must disable all pop-up and ad blockers that you have currently running on your computer. Both the test and the chat room open in new windows and enabled blockers will not allow this to happen.
