Ruth Waibel – St. Louis Campus Dean
RN, MA, PhD 

Dr. Waibel is the interim dean of the St. Louis campus. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix and PhD from Old Dominion University.

She has held Corporate and Administrative positions at multiple hospitals and was an Assistant Professor at Ohio University in Athens. Waibel’s resume demonstrates that her successful background and expertise will help in the education of future nurses.
