Master of Science in Nursing Scholarships

Chamberlain has created distinct scholarship opportunities for our graduate nursing students. The Working Parent, Clinical Educator and DAISY Honoree scholarships are available to all nurses meeting the eligibility requirements for these scholarships. Scholarships Guidelines & Requirements

  • Acceptance in a Chamberlain Degree Program.*
  • If a student is eligible for a special Chamberlain tuition rate (e.g., military rate, alumni rate, or more than one scholarship), the option that is in the student’s best financial interest will be applied.
  • Scholarships will not be awarded in excess of tuition within each semester.
  • Navigate to Nursing participants are only eligible for the Navigate to Nursing Scholarship.
  • *Employees of DeVry Inc. or any DeVry Inc. institution are not eligible.

    DAISY Honoree Scholarship

    A scholarship for Registered Nurses who have won The DAISY Award, The DAISY in Training Award or The DAISY Faculty Award through The DAISY Foundation.

    • Copy of The DAISY Award Certificate or
    • Verification from The DAISY Foundation

    Eligibility:

    • Recipient of The DAISY Award through their employer or school and The DAISY Foundation
    • Enrollment in a Chamberlain post-licensure program

    • Two weeks prior to session start.

    Working Parent Scholarship

    A scholarship for registered nurses with dependent children who are looking to pursue their Master of Science in Nursing degree in an indirect care specialty track (Educator, Executive, Healthcare Policy, Informatics).

    $580 per semester (up to $3,500)

    Eligibility:

    • Minimum 3.0 CGPA on a 4.0 scale in original nursing program
    • Licensed registered nurse
    • Ability to claim dependent children on their taxes per IRS guidelines
    • Application and acceptance into the Educator, Executive, Healthcare Policy, or Informatics Tracks of Chamberlain's Master of Science in Nursing degree program
    • Currently working as a registered nurse
    • Minimum of three credit hours per session

    Continued Eligibility:

    • Minimum 3.0 CGPA on a 4.0 scale
    • Minimum of three credit hours per session

    Deadline: Two weeks prior to session start.

    Clinical Educator Scholarship

    A scholarship for Registered Nurses with clinical experience looking to become educators in a hospital or school setting.

    $580 per semester (up to $3,500)

    • Minimum 3.0 CGPA on a 4.0 scale in original nursing program
    • Minimum of three credit hours per session
    • Licensed registered nurse
    • Five or more years experience working in a clinical or hospital setting
    • Commitment to Chamberlain's Master of Science in Nursing - Educator Specialty Tack
    • Application and acceptance into the Chamberlain Master of Science in Nursing degree program

    Continued Eligibility:

    • Minimum 3.0 CGPA on a 4.0 scale
    • Minimum of three credit hours per session
