The Connected By Community-West Grant has been created to support newly enrolled BSN students who are residents of the State of California to begin their education at an alternative campus in Phoenix or Las Vegas.
Grant Amount: $500 per session, up to 10 sessions ($5000 total)
Initial Eligibility
- Be accepted to a Chamberlain University pre-licensure program and begin enrollment of at least one course
- Have a California address on the pre-licensure BSN Application and attend the Phoenix or Las Vegas
campus. - BSN Online is ineligible to receive this offering.
- New and readmitted students are eligible for the award.
- Continuing, non-matriculating, and previous recipients of the Connected by Community-West Grant students are not eligible for this award.
Continuing Eligibility
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Students will have 10 consecutive sessions to utilize the offer. A session with no enrollment will be included in the total number of sessions.
- Remain at an alternative campus outside of the ineligible locations. At this time, students will not have an option to transfer to ineligible locations from the alternative campus.
