Cleveland Clinic has named Chamberlain University alumna Kelly Hancock, DNP, RN, as its first chief caregiver officer.

Chamberlain alumna Kelsey Pansa, who graduated from the RN to BSN program, works in Texas but knew heading to New York to help during the public health situation was her calling. Her Chamberlain experience had her prepared.
