Transcripts & Degree Verification

Degree Verifications

For state license applications and verifications (includes pharmacology or clinical hours) please complete the Student Release Form. Email your completed form to CCNVerifications@chamberlain.edu.

*Official transcripts are not issued until all financial obligations to Chamberlain University are fulfilled.

Transcripts

Chamberlain University transcripts can be requested online or via the student portal at community.chamberlain.edu. Electronic transcripts are $5 and paper transcripts are $7. Each student will receive one complimentary official transcript upon conferral*.

If you are affiliated with the military, please submit your transcript request through the student portal at community.chamberlain.edu. Once logged in, go to the My Degree and Courses section on the main toolbar, and then click Transcript Requests.
