We are pleased to announce Dr. Pamela Fuller, EdD, MN, RN, as the new Phoenix campus president for Chamberlain College of Nursing!
Dr. Fuller has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including nursing practice and education. As president, she will oversee implementation of curriculum, delivery of student services, growth and development of regional clinical partnerships and management of day-to-day operations for Chamberlain’s Phoenix campus.
Dr. Fuller takes the reins from Dr. Kimberly LaMar, who has become the senior director of campus operations at Chamberlain.
“Drs. Fuller and LaMar have each made significant contributions to the nursing profession and will play important roles in helping Chamberlain deliver academic excellence for our students,” said Susan Groenwald, PhD, MSN, president of Chamberlain College of Nursing. “I look forward to working with both of them as we continue to evolve Chamberlain to meet the increasing need for advanced nursing education and improved healthcare outcomes in our communities.”
Prior to joining Chamberlain, Dr. Fuller served as dean at University of Phoenix College of Nursing. She began her career at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix as a staff registered nurse and remained with the healthcare provider for 12 years, later serving as an instructor. In 2011, she received the Sigma Theta Tau International Melanie C. Dreher Outstanding Dean Award.
Please join us in welcoming Dr. Fuller to the Chamberlain family!
