
Crystal Saulsberry, DNP, MSN, RN
Crystal Saulsberry, DNP, MSN, RN, is the president of Chamberlain University’s San Antonio campus. She brings more than 24 years of academic, administrative and clinical experience to the role.
Dr. Saulsberry has held a wide range of leadership and academic positions, most recently serving as the assistant academic chair of nursing at Nebraska for Purdue Global University. She has served as the director of simulation at Iowa Western Community College where she supported seven healthcare programs with planning, designing, implementing and evaluating simulation-based learning experiences.
Dr. Saulsberry has over 16 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings including skilled, home health, medical surgical and cardiovascular critical care. She is a member of several professional organizations including Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau International and the National League for Nursing.
Dr. Saulsberry earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Oklahoma City University. She also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Educational Leadership from American Sentinel University.
