
Samantha Worthem, DNP, RN
Dr. Samantha Worthem is the Director of Campus Programs for Chamberlain University’s Charlotte campus. She brings over 10 years of clinical, simulation, and academic experience.
Dr. Worthem previously worked as the associate dean of faculty and full-time faculty at Chamberlain University. Prior to joining Chamberlain University, Dr. Worthem worked as a Simulation Coordinator and Teaching Assistant at Grand Valley State University. Within her simulation role, Dr. Worthem assisted with research, simulation curriculum expansion, and the design of a multi-million-dollar simulation center.
Dr. Worthem’s clinical experience includes pediatrics and neonatal nursing. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Valparaiso University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Grand Valley State University.
