Chamberlain Students and Alumni
To request a copy of your official Chamberlain transcript, please click on the link below:
A copy of your transcript may also be requested via the student portal at my.chamberlain.edu. If you are affiliated with the military, please submit your transcript request through the student portal at my.chamberlain.edu.
Once logged in, go to Grades, from there click Official Transcripts, which will direct to the Parchment website. If you are unaware of your student D#, contact our Student Service team at 888.556.8226. If you know your D#, but forgot your password, please utilize the Forgot Your Password link.
Electronic Transcripts: $5 each
Paper Transcripts: $7 each
NOTE: Each student will receive one complimentary official transcript upon conferral. Official transcripts are not issued until all financial obligations to all Adtalem Global Education institutions are fulfilled.
