
Victoria Craig, DNP, RN
Dr. Victoria Craig is the president of Chamberlain University’s Pearland campus. She brings over two decades of combined experience in nursing practice and nursing education to her role.
Prior to joining Chamberlain University, Dr. Craig was a faculty member at Richard J. Daley College in Chicago where she taught foundational and maternal child nursing courses. In addition, she worked as a Women’s Health Clinical Coordinator at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. She has extensive experience in women’s health and medical surgical nursing. In her role as a nurse clinical coordinator, she was dedicated to severing maternal child clients, their families, and communities.
Dr. Craig joined Chamberlain University’s Chicago campus in 2010 as a visiting professor and went on to hold the roles of Nursing Instructor, Assistant Dean of the Center for Academic Success, Associate Dean of Faculty and Sr. Manager of Academic Success. Dr. Craig has led successful teams, supported both faculty and students with academic success strategies and established a culture of diversity and inclusivity.
In 2017, Dr. Craig was honored with the Chamberlain University’s Ron Taylor award for the successful launch and training of academic resources to promote student success. In 2015, Dr. Craig presented at the Nurse Tim Concept Based Learning Conference to share strategies to increase student engagement and enhance learning of nursing concepts through gaming. In addition, she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International.
Dr. Craig holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University, a Masters and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
