Recognizing Chamberlain Alumni’s Extraordinary Accomplishments

Chamberlain University has an awe-inspiring network of alumni that is 100,000-strong, and in honor of Nurses Month 2022, we take great pride in celebrating them!

This year marks the inaugural Chamberlain Care Awards, three distinct award categories celebrating alumni professionalism, advocacy, empathy and compassion. These awards are particularly meaningful because the candidates are nominated by fellow Chamberlain alumni who can testify to their phenomenal work.

The three Chamberlain Care Awards categories are:

Recognizes a nurse alum with more than 10 years of experience, whose clinical practice is exemplary, who contributes beyond expectations and has generously offered their time and talents to mentor other nurses.

This recognizes an alum whose dedicated work and model service have benefited society and the profession of nursing. Recipients have demonstrated selfless, ongoing community service on a local, state, national or international level.

This award recognizes a recent alum (graduating within the past 10 years) who is positively influencing health care today and who will unquestionably shape the future of the profession.

We received more than 200 alumni nominations from across the country, each of which was a beautiful tribute to the everyday heroism and care our alumni use as their north star.

Of those nominations, nine were selected as finalists (three per category). We are so proud to share these powerful alumni stories with you!
