What does a year in the Virginia nursing program look like?

The Virginia nursing program follows a predictable schedule. You’ll attend three semesters each year—fall, spring, and summer. Each semester lasts 16 weeks and is divided into two focused eight week sessions. In some cases, you’ll move straight from one session into the next. In others, you’ll have a break before starting the next session.
