The Connected By Community Grant has been created to support new enrolled BSN students who are residents of the State of California begin their education at either our Phoenix or Las Vegas campus location.
Grant Amount: $500 per session, up to 10 sessions ($5000 total)
Initial Eligibility
- Acceptance into a Chamberlain pre-licensure program and begin enrollment of at least 5 credits in each of the first five consecutive sessions enrolled.
- Student must have a California address on Pre-Licensure BSN Application, not have attended a California campus, and begin coursework at either the Phoenix or Las Vegas campuses. All other campuses are ineligible.
- Grant is for campus-based students only.
- BSN Online is ineligible to receive this offering.
- Readmit students are eligible for the award.
- Continuing and Non-Matriculating students are not eligible for this award.
- Carryover students are eligible for the award.
- The offering is stackable with most other internal grants and scholarships. The offering will not stack with the Relocation Grant.
Continuing Eligibility
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Note: Students who are eligible for multiple Chamberlain University grants and scholarships, including group-specific tuition rates, can only receive the grant or scholarship that is the most beneficial. The Connected by Community Grant is not stackable with any other Tuition Benefit Chamberlain offers.
Grant Application Requirements
Chamberlain University will review admission application materials and award the grant to all eligible students.
Selection Criteria
Automatically awarded to eligible students in week 3 of each session.
