8 Photos from FNP Immersion Weekends

Students from Chamberlain’s Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialty track recently gathered in Chicago for the program’s Immersion Weekend. Students had the opportunity to build personal and professional connections with classmates, while flexing their skills and receiving feedback during hands-on physical assessments.

Students in the FNP program attend an immersion weekend during Week 7 of the NR-509 course, Advanced Physical Assessment. Students spend time with Chamberlain professors going through five skill stations, as well as assessing and diagnosing mock patients, before putting their skills to the test on Sunday.
